eat them with powdered sugar or jam. The line is sometimes long.

- Fri-Jo: Yeast-raised deep fried Swedish pastry, rolled
in cinnamon and sugar.
- Frikadeller: (Danish) Meat or
chicken formed into patties or balls. Includes Swedish style meatballs
served with gravy or sour cream and chicken patties.
